When you request a demo, we collect your name or company name and work email address. If you provide them, we also collect your WhatsApp number and information about your industry and number of employees. We record the submission time and your consent to be contacted about the inquiry.
How we use this information
We use these details to respond to your request and arrange a product walkthrough. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and access
Contact fields are encrypted in the website database. Access to inquiries is restricted to website administrators. Inquiries are retained for up to 180 days, unless you request earlier deletion.
Security and essential cookies
The form uses a short-lived essential cookie to help prevent cross-site submissions. A keyed, time-limited identifier helps limit abusive requests. This website does not include advertising trackers. Google Analytics is used to measure website traffic and may set analytics cookies or collect technical usage data under Google’s terms.
Embedded media
Solution articles may include video or other embedded content. When you load content from another provider, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and apply its own privacy policy.
Access or deletion requests
You may request access to or deletion of your inquiry through the contact form. Administrators can process requests through the WordPress privacy tools.
